One-Account-Per-User Policies

Each user is permitted only one active account on FanDuel Australia's platform. Having multiple accounts may result in suspension, closure, or confiscation of winnings. We monitor for suspicious activity and take all necessary measures to prevent multi-accounting.

Identity Verification and KYC

We use a third-party identity verification provider to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of user information. You must verify your account within 72 hours after registration; otherwise, we may suspend or close it. You agree that we can request additional identification documents as needed for security purposes.

Account Accuracy Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including but not limited to email address and password changes.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

Keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect someone has accessed or compromised your account, notify us immediately to prevent further unauthorized access.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include:

• Cheating or collusion in gameplay;
• Bribing staff or other users;
• Using malicious software or hardware; and
• Impersonating another user.Such behavior may result in permanent suspension, closure of your account, or confiscation of winnings.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

FanDuel Australia's bonuses and promotions are subject to specific rules. Terms will be provided at the time of offering, which must be reviewed prior to claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation or refusal of a claim.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

To participate in FanDuel Australia's games:

• You must have sufficient funds to cover stakes;
• Follow specific gameplay rules as indicated on game interfaces; and
• Respect game pause, restart, or void periods where applicable.Disruptions during gameplay may affect outcomes.
